Delivery and pricing

Our delivery charges are included within the £12.99 charge.

Delivery times

We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: you should receive your Yoke Shopper within 3-5 working days within the UK and 5-10 working days overseas. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please email us.

Delivery Method

Deliveries within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been sent. Deliveries to addresses outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.

Delayed deliveries

Please note that in certain circumstances, e.g. a postal strike, a delivery may be delayed. We make every effort to make sure that your goods are delivered on time, but we cannot take responsibility for circumstances outside of our control that result in goods being delayed in transit.

Returns

Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information about returning goods. If you want to return a product you must first contact us by email.

Please include your order number and a reason for why you want to return the item (for example if an incorrect quantity of an item was delivered, or the item is damaged). We will then get in touch with you about returning the product.

You will find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was processed.

Overseas deliveries

Through the website you are able to purchase the Yoke Shopper if you are within the EU and a number of other countries. Please contact us if you are an overseas resident in a country not currently shown on the list.

Non-UK customers will be responsible for any duty or taxes levied in their own country. The purchase price paid to Yoke Enterprises Ltd covers the goods you order and postage and packing only.

Money back guarantee and refunds

Customers have a money back guarantee if they want to return certain goods — as defined in our Terms and Conditions — within seven (7) working days from the day after the goods are received by the customer, as long as they are in a re-saleable condition and have not been removed from their original packaging.

If the goods are not faulty, the cost of the goods and outward delivery will be refunded, but not the return postage and relevant insurance. The goods remain under the Buyer's title until they are received by Yoke Enterprises Ltd.
