We've tried to make the website easy to use. The website will tell you everything you need to know about how to use the Yoke Shopper as well as allowing you to buy the Yoke Shopper online.

How does the shopping cart work?

The basket is very much like a real shopping basket: find the products you'd like to buy and place them in your basket before going to the checkout. That's putting it simply - there are obviously some significant differences! The online shopping cart allows you to buy the Yoke Shopper online to be delivered directly to you by mail.

Yes. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which is the same system all the big online stores use. We have never had any problems with security.

Type in your email address and we'll send you a unique email so you can reset it.

One Yoke Shopper costs £12.99 including postage and packing.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your Yoke Shopper through PayPal which accepts VISA, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, VISA Electron or Solo

Do I have to pay for delivery?

No - the £12.99 price includes postage and packing.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes - although delivery will cost more and take longer to arrive. Overseas shipping costs are calculated within the shopping cart.

How do I add to my order once I have submitted it?

Just place a new order as normal.

How do I return an item I have purchased?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email using our online contact form briefly stating the reason for returning the item. You are able to return the Yoke Shopper undamaged within fourteen (14) days for an exchange or a refund of the item price, however please note we do not pay return postage on unsuitable items. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please return the item via your local Post Office using the cheapest method available, ensuring that you obtain a Certificate of Posting at time of despatch.

Do I need a receipt to return/exchange goods ordered from the website in store?

No, although it would help us provide you with a better service.

Can I cancel or change an order?

You can cancel or change an order by emailing the Yoke Shopper team through the online email form. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for any purchase made anytime from the date you placed your order until seven working days after the day the goods were delivered. If you choose to cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email. If your order has already been despatched by the time you cancel the order you will be required to return the item(s) and pay the carriage cost of the return.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

3 - 5 working days UK, 5-10 days for overseas delivery.

Can I specify a day or time for delivery?

No not with standard delivery.

Do I have to sign for my parcel?

For individual orders or smaller orders you won’t have to sign for your delivery. You may have to sign for larger and/or overseas orders.

What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?

Unless otherwise stated, they will leave a note explaining that they tried to deliver your parcel and what will happen next.

Can I send my parcel to a different address?

Yes, we can deliver your order to a different address. Clearly state on your order form the delivery address you require, it doesn't matter if this address is different from your card billing address.

Can I have my items delivered to more than one address in the same order?

No, you can only get them sent to one address. However, you can always do multiple orders with different addresses for each (but you'll have to pay for delivery on each).

You can buy the Yoke Shopper on this website. We are also working with a number of High Street retailers to increase availability. To order your Yoke Shopper click on the "buy now" button within the "Buy Online" section found at the top left hand of every page.

How much shopping weight can the Yoke Shopper carry?

In line with UK Government health and safety guidelines Yoke Shopper recommends a maximum load of 7kg for Woman and 10kg for men when lifting a load from floor level. You can view the HSE guidelines here http://www.hse.gov.uk/

How many bags can the Yoke Shopper carry?

The Yoke Shopper can carry up to 6 plastic shopping bags or 2 standard 'bags for life' (strap or ribbon handles) but not the padded or rope handles.

How long is the strap?

The strap length is 1.2 meters, enough to go on anyone's shoulder and across most people's body.

How big is the Yoke Shopper?

The Yoke Shopper is a lightweight device (60g) and has been ergonomically designed to fit an average persons left or right hand.
